I tried going to settings > playstation network > system activation > game > activate
but I keep getting an np-9948-0 error
I wanna install adrenaline but I need to activate my vita according to the easyinstaller

IIRC, that’s the error you get when your IP is banned for whatever reason.
You’ll have to wait 24-48 hours or use a mobile network or proxy server to activate.

Nah I can access psn I just cant activate for whatever reason

Had the same problem due to the fact that I had too many devices activated. So I first had to deactivate an old Vita and then activate the new one

Yes yes. The fact that I own multiple Vitas has nothing to do with it
Because you’re offline and if you never activated the machine before HENkaku it, you still have to activate your machine in order to use Adrenaline (the why I do not know)
Im pretty sure this will solve your problem.

you dont need the vita to be activated. just get one of the epsp bubble installers and install adrenaline to the bubble.

once you install adrenaline with the method you mention and try to run it, it gives you the activate your vita error — this is what happened to me few days ago with my newly purchased PSTV (my third Vita xD )

Ошибка NP-9978-3
Собственно вопрос. У кого-нить, когда-нить случалась на вите подобная хрень. Не могу загрузить игры из стора. В инете вычитал, что это как-то связано с активацией-деактивацией. Типа того, если за день больше скольки-то раз это сделать, то случается блокировка на неделю. Но я такого не делал и неделя уже прошла. Конечно маловероятно, но может кто-нибудь все-таки подскажет что делать.

У самого недавно случилось такое . Войди в аккаунт с компа . короче через браузер и сбрось активацию всех устройств . Делается раз в полгода . После активируй на Вите и снова всё будет работать .

Что-то Виту по ходу совсем похоронили. У меня не качаются игры, которые по подписке давали. Пробовал 5-6 игр, везде ошибка C0-9250-6

Yes yes. The fact that I own multiple Vitas has nothing to do with it
