Hello. I am still having a similar issue to the above where a package ‘zip’ is required to run ggpubr. Even after updating R to 4.0.2, updating all packages and installing package ‘zip’ I cannot run ggpubr.

I am attempting to download the package ggpubr. My R studio version is 3.5.2. I’ve been trying to install ggpubr library via:

install.packages("ggpubr")

and

if(!require(devtools)) install.packages("devtools")devtools::install_github("kassambara/ggpubr)

But when I do that, I get this error:

I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried independently installing conquer, and a handful of other things that didn’t help…

I tried simply using install.package("ggpubr"), and I also tried if(!require(devtools)) install.packages("devtools") devtools::install_github("kassambara/ggpubr").

Anyone know what to do?

  2. Установить пакеты

  3. В текстовом поле «Типы пакетов» ggplot2

  4. Установите флажок установить зависимости

Попробуйте запустить R-клиент непосредственно из командной строки, а затем выполните инструкцию: install.packages («ggplot2», lib = «C: /Users/YourUser/Documents/R/win-library/3.3»)
