В ремонт принесли МФУ HP PhotoSmart Premium C309h, который при подготовке к печати выдавал ошибку 0x61011beb.

Диагностика

После разборки принтера обнаружено отсутствие маятникового редуктора в узле обслуживания на валу, отвечающем за движение узла очистки.

Он валялся внизу. После замены шестерни была произведена установка маятника на место.

HP 7500A repair

Маятниковый редуктор просто так не слетает. Поэтому мы произвели полную чистку узла обслуживания со снятием узла. После чистки и сборки ошибка исчезла.

Т.о. ошибка 0x61011bed часто вызывается неисправностью узла обслуживания, когда принтер не может выполнить очистку головки.

Поломка ведущей шестерни

Но сломанная шестерня в маятниковом редукторе — не единственная причина ошибки 0x61011beb и 0x61011bed. На том же валу расположена ведущая шестерня, которая также крепится на шлицах. Иногда эта шестерня слетает со шлицов и прокручивается. Обратная посадка на шлицы не решает проблему, потому что шестерня все равно слетит. Посадка шестерни на клей также ни разу не помогла больше, чем на месяц.

Решение проблемы в замене всего вала с ведущей шестерней. Цена замены вала с шестерней 2500 рублей.

HP C309h не берет бумагу

Еще одной типичной проблемой HP C309h является проблема с подачей бумаги. Если принтер не захватывает бумагу, причиной является поломка маленькой шестерни в узле захвата бумаги. и по нему разобрал аппарат, вся посадочная площадка было чень грязной,дощел до площадки и снял как показывается в ссылке. помыл и в обратном порядке-вставляю на место площадку,надеваю печатающую головку на место , ну все в обратном порядке как я думаю…Включил аппарат и пишет уже «замятие бумаги устраните замятие и нажмите на ок»…разобрал смотрю датчик который сидит под планкой ПГ не зажат,ни где замятий не вижу…
Пожалуйста подскажи в чем может быть причина? и Пожалуйста кто не посуществу и просто позлорадствовать проходите мимо…ВСЕМ ОГРОМНОЕ СПОСИБО!

И ещё нюанс, перед включением парковка должна быть выдвинута вперёд и каретка с головкой должна стоять на ней. В противном случая принтер не понимает чё ему делать и валится в ошибку.
Кенону и эпсону, к примеру, пофигу где чего находится, они сами всё подкатывают, как надо и рабюотают. Хьюлет так не умеет)

маятниковый механизм вставляю свое место,он целый,шестеренки внутри целые, маятник со штыра на который его насаживает не соскакивает

Щас коретку здивнул в вперед и коретку посадил на место…собрал…включил… та же проблема пишет «устранить замятие»

— проблемы с насосом отсоса чернил(чаще с черным)
— проблема с загрязнением энкодеров (лента и диск)
— помехи при движении каретки в принтере (в том числе из-за двигателя)

по сути — пока все не перепробуете, можете и не найти виновника.

а как можно бы проверить насос отсоса чернил?
Лента было очень грязной(да и как весь аппарат)…ленту почистил,диск тоже почистил(использую стеклоочиститель)
каретка вообще не двигается

а на ленте после чистки остались метки? А то были прецеденты с хьюлетами :-)

Ну с другой стороны аппарат в таком случае просто бьётся головой в стену, а не сразу впадает в ошибку

а вот этого я не знаю))энкодерную ленту я после как прочистил нечего не делал и в какой прорезь не устанавливал(когда чистил ленту я его не снимая просто протер с двумя пальцами взял и протирал) не знаю как это на самом деле делается но я обычно так делал всегда

а этот прорез как его обноружить?

  • HP Officejet 6000 6500 6500A 7000 7110
  • With the printer power on, disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
  • Remove the ink cartridges
  • Unplug the power cord. Wait for at least 1 minute. Plug the unit back in (press the power button if necessary)
  • Wait for the «Insert Cartridges» message. Reinstall the cartridges
    Close the product doors
  • If you receive a recalibration message, allow the printer to complete this task
  • Reconnect the USB cable
  • Try your print job again

Solution 2:

  • Plug it directly into the wall, rather than into a UPS.

As you mentioned you are getting an error ink system failure with error ID-0x61011bed on your printer.

Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer.

Please try the steps recommended below.

Perform a power reset
Press the Power button () to turn on the product.
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button () to turn it on.

Clean the ink cartridges, and then check the error message

Cleaning the ink cartridge contacts, and then reinstalling the ink cartridges one at a time can help determine if a specific ink cartridge is causing the error message.

  1. Gather the following materials:

    • A clean, lint-free cloth

    • A clean, dry cotton swab

    • Distilled or bottled water

         CAUTION:

      Do not use tap water because it might contain contaminants that can damage the printhead.

  2. Lightly dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with bottled or distilled water.

  3. Gently wipe the copper-colored contact on one of the ink cartridges.

и по нему разобрал аппарат, вся посадочная площадка было чень грязной,дощел до площадки и снял как показывается в ссылке. помыл и в обратном порядке-вставляю на место площадку,надеваю печатающую головку на место , ну все в обратном порядке как я думаю…Включил аппарат и пишет уже «замятие бумаги устраните замятие и нажмите на ок»…разобрал смотрю датчик который сидит под планкой ПГ не зажат,ни где замятий не вижу…
Пожалуйста подскажи в чем может быть причина? и Пожалуйста кто не посуществу и просто позлорадствовать проходите мимо…ВСЕМ ОГРОМНОЕ СПОСИБО!

Изменить размер шрифта ↓ВернутьИзменить размер шрифта ↑По вашей ссылке, пункт 3, в фотке слева лежит мятниковый механизм, не сломана ли в нём шестерня, если нет, то правильно ли он стоит на месте.

И ещё нюанс, перед включением парковка должна быть выдвинута вперёд и каретка с головкой должна стоять на ней. В противном случая принтер не понимает чё ему делать и валится в ошибку.
Кенону и эпсону, к примеру, пофигу где чего находится, они сами всё подкатывают, как надо и рабюотают. Хьюлет так не умеет)

маятниковый механизм вставляю свое место,он целый,шестеренки внутри целые, маятник со штыра на который его насаживает не соскакивает

Щас коретку здивнул в вперед и коретку посадил на место…собрал…включил… та же проблема пишет «устранить замятие»

— проблемы с насосом отсоса чернил(чаще с черным)
— проблема с загрязнением энкодеров (лента и диск)
— помехи при движении каретки в принтере (в том числе из-за двигателя)

по сути — пока все не перепробуете, можете и не найти виновника.

а ПГ при включении аппарата при замятии должна хоть как двигаться? ни кто не вкурсе?…

а как можно бы проверить насос отсоса чернил?
Лента было очень грязной(да и как весь аппарат)…ленту почистил,диск тоже почистил(использую стеклоочиститель)
каретка вообще не двигается

а на ленте после чистки остались метки? А то были прецеденты с хьюлетами :-)

Ну с другой стороны аппарат в таком случае просто бьётся головой в стену, а не сразу впадает в ошибку

а вот этого я не знаю))энкодерную ленту я после как прочистил нечего не делал и в какой прорезь не устанавливал(когда чистил ленту я его не снимая просто протер с двумя пальцами взял и протирал) не знаю как это на самом деле делается но я обычно так делал всегда

а этот прорез как его обноружить?
