The official Netflix app for mobile devices, with the original Netflix user interface.
Integrated into Dune HD Movies catalog (you can choose and launch Netflix movies also from Dune HD menu).
Optimized for controlling by the Dune HD remote (due to special support in Dune HD software).
Main actions can be done via the remote.
Hints: 0..9 = rewind to 0..90%, LEFT/RIGHT = -/+ 30 sec, INFO = timeline, POP UP MENU = movie info / choose episode.
Some actions require to switch the remote to the mouse mode.
Video/audio quality: Full-HD (1080p), stereo.

How to use the mouse mode:
Press «MOUSE» button on the remote to enable/disable the mouse mode.
In the mouse code: mouse cursor is shown on the screen and can be moved using the remote; «ENTER» button makes a click.
It is recommended to use a Bluetooth remote with «AirMouse» function.
On the remote without «AirMouse» function: use arrows to move the mouse cursor.
During playback:
Click on screen: show/hide playback progress bar and other information (includes icons which can be clicked by mouse).
Click on playback progress bar (or drag it): rewind.
Click on «audio/subtitles» icon: choose audio / subtitles track.
Click on «episodes» icon: choose episode.
Click on «back» icon: open the movie details screen. It can be used to see the list of episodes and switch to a different episode.
Other functions:
To open the search menu: click on «search» icon.
To access the side menu on the main screen: click on «menu» icon.
How to launch Netflix from Dune HD Movies catalog:
Choose a movie in the «Movies / Netflix» menu, choose «Play…».
Find any movie in any way, choose «Play…». If the movie is available on Netflix, you will get option to watch it on Netflix.
To find a movie, for example, you can:
Browse any sections of «Movies» menu.
Use search function.
Use «Similar Movies» section for a movie.
Use «Persons» section for a movie, and then use «Person Movies» section for a person.
Press «ENTER» on video files having matching movies in the file browser, and then use «Similar movies», «Persons», «Person Movies» sections.
Troublehooting:
If you use Google Play Store and Netflix does not start:
Make sure that Google Play Store is updated (open it and check for updates).
Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app after that.
If the movie does not load or there is no sound during playback:
Reboot the media player (for example «Settings / General / Reboot / Full reboot») and play this movie again.

How to use the remote:
During playback:
LEFT / RIGHT: rewind backward / forward.
DOWN / UP: rewind by -/+10 min.
PLAY/PAUSE: pause/resume playback.

Troublehooting:
If an attempt to connect to Netflix gives an error (can happen after installation or on first launch after booting the media player):
Wait for one or several minutes and try again.
Exit from the app and start the app again.
If video playback is not smooth:
Go to Netflix KODI add-on settings and reset all playback related settings to defaults.

Netflix is not an advertised function of Dune HD media players and is not part of product specifications.
There is no official support for Netflix on Dune HD media players. The reason is that Netflix does not want their app to be present and to work on all media players, except very few specially selected and specially certified media player models from the biggest companies. So Netflix limits or blocks the possibilities to use Netflix on non-certified devices. Unfortunately, Netflix does not want to certify the hardware and software platform used in Dune HD media players (because of insufficient global sales of models on this platform for them). So, Netflix support can not be guaranteed and it is not guaranteed. The possibility to use Netflix completely depends on Netflix and may be limited or blocked by Netflix at any time.
The main purpose of Dune HD media players is playback of high-end audio/video content from local sources (HDD or NAS) with the best possible quality and convenience, using the preintegrated and optimized built-in software, which is available «out-of-the-box», w/o the need to install and configure any apps.
Support for Android apps and streaming services is only an additional extra function. The possibility to use Netflix on Dune HD media players exists only because many users want it. As a matter of fact, Dune HD media players always have had the best Netflix support among all competitors based on the same hardware and software platform. For example, among media players based on the superb Realtek RTD1619DR media processor, Dune HD products were the first able to play Netflix content in 4K HDR + ATMOS (until this possibility was blocked by Netflix), and are the only products with automatic framerate/resolution matching function supported and optimized for apps like Netflix. Also Dune HD products have an unique integration of Netflix content directly into the media player interface. However, unfortunatelty, Netflix tries hard to limit the possibilities to use its service on non-certified hardware.
So if you want a guaranteed and best possible Netflix experience, it is better to use a separate Netflix-certified device, for example, a cheap Netlix-certified HDMI Dongle. One product cannot do all things equally well. It’s like this: a sport car is better suited for fast driving on specially prepared roads, and off-road vehicles are better suited for bad roads.

У нас нет в продаже на данный момент других. На Comigo Quattro полагаю можно установить без проблем. На остальных, на сколько мне известно — нет.

В таком случае либо что-то ограничивает доступ к Netflix, либо предустановленное приложение больше не поддерживается.
Обращения по Netflix были и ранее, но с другой ошибкой. Мы предлагали пользователям такой вариант, возможно он подойдёт и вам.

Netflix не показывает. Выдает ошибку NW-6-404. Ошибка означает что у Картины.тв нет патента. Я так вижу с этой проблемой я тут не единственная))))

Нужно внести уточнение, что к KartinaTV это не имеет никакого отношения. Данная ошибка может появляться на всех устройствах без поддержки Google Play Services. В последней прошивке на приставках Dune решила этот вопрос. Попробуйте обновить прошивку, если она новая — снова установить прежнюю. Если не поможет — значит Netflix снова внесли какие-то изменения у себя.

Пропало приложение Netflix , после последнего обновления . По дури залез в дополнительные настройки , системные , устройство ( приложение ) , скаченные приложение . Там Netflix был . Я его удалил нечаянно . Думал смогу переустановить . Пришлось ставить Aptoide и через него устанавливать Netflix , но он тебе вот так работает ( смотрите фото ) . Если фильм включаю то изображение нормально переворачивается , а вот само приложение на боку . Что делать ? Как перевести в положение landscape?

Здравствуйте. У нас нет никаких договоров с нетфликс, и не было. Ранее это стороннее приложение было предустановленно на наших приставках разработчиком ПО. Сейчас из-за возникших проблем с работой Netflix — больше нет.

- Download the BurnKeyTools APK on the banned device.

das ist ein service von dune, alle achtung !!!
meiner meinung nach besteht die «error 1044» netflix lösung in einer anderen/angepassten version vom netflix-app, die vom dune-server heruntergelden wird, wenn man netflix über pop up menü löscht und wieder herstellt………….GENIAL !
hier die netflix lösung, bei mir funktioniert netflix wieder mit 5.1 ohne 1044 fehlermeldung !

Verwechselst du nicht die Apps? Die mit rotem Überschrift «Netflix» auf weißem Hintergrund funktioniert nicht, die mit weißer N auf rotem Hintergrund, die man mit der Maus bedienen muss, die hat funktioniert, bei mir war aber die Qualität grottenschlecht. Diese App kommt nämlich zuerst in der Übersicht.
Kann das jemand noch bestätigen?

habe gerade nochmal die netflix funktion getestet, keine fehlermeldung, filme lassen sich abspielen.
schau mal welche netflix-app version da unter hilfe angezeigt wird, ist die ident ?

tip: bill, halte dich genau an die anweisungen von dune und an meinen bilder ablauf, das löschen/installieren spielt sich genau dort in diesen verzeichnis was du auf den bildern siehst ab !
zuerst im verzeichnis android anwendungen «alle apps wieder herstellen», dann «netflix löschen», dann wieder «alle apps wiederherstellen».
so wird netflix deinstalliert und vom dune server neu installiert (vermutlich eine gepatchte oder andere netflix-app version.

doch, so ist es aber, zumindest bei der netflix app, die anderen apps habe ich nicht bewusst getestet.
kann jetzt nur über die netflix app reden, die habe ich genau beobachtet, wenn man die «entfernt», sieht man rechts unten einen kleinen verlaufsbalken, der vor sich hin arbeitet und wächst.
genauso beim «hinzufügen» da gibt es ebenfalls einen winzigen verlaufsbalken.
also kann man von einer sauberen deinstalltion/installation vom netflix-app ausgehen (meine meinung).
tja bill, mehr brauche ich nicht, bei meiner top hardware 55″/1080p/spdif, je weniger techno-zeugs man hat, um so weniger kann kaputt gehen.

du magst ja recht haben, aber eines kann man nicht abstreiten, dune bemüht sich, welche «untergriffe» hier angewendet werden, egal.
habe dune noch wegen amazon-prime angeschrieben ob in diese richtung auch was möglich ist in dd5.1
wie auch immer, ich bin schon seit langer zeit dune-fan und man darf gespannt sein was von dune noch so an problemlösung/fw nachgeschoben wird.

anmerkung: kann auch sein das 4k funzt, mein sony kann aber nur 1080p.
kann es sein, das deine verlinkte prime-app die gleiche ist, die aktuell über google-play heruntergeladen werden kann ?
die versionsnummern wären gleich.

Ich habe bei Netflix den Fehler NW 6-404. Netflix habe ich wie im Beitrag von «tuffel» deinstalliert und wieder hergestellt. Der Fehler, wird immer noch angezeigt. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?
Bisher hatte ich keine Probleme mit Netflix.

noch mit listen ansicht bei mir, aber das scheint mir eine kodi einstellung zu sein, um das standart menü von netfix zu bekommen.
da ich kodi nicht verwende………..bin aber gerade beim nachfragen.

hier die letzte version vom funktionierenden kodi netflix 1.03
der 1.03 teil ist brauchbar, da er jetzt von haus aus neflix ähnlicher ist in der anzeige wurde vom ersteller des files in den einstellungen optimiert.

tip:
wenn wer spdif verwendet, dies muss noch in der einstellung eingeschalten werden, sonst gibt es statt 5.1 nur stereo.
was mir auffällt sind microrukler beim abspielen, zu sehen beim intro des moviehersteller vor den film.
wie ihr ja wisst kodi ist nicht mein freund, einstellung vielleicht…………… ???

Ich habe auch das gleiche Problem mit dem Dune Real Vision 4k, das sich nicht beheben lässt.
Hab die aktualisierte FW von Dune (tv175u: Real Vision 4K 211225_0317_r19) auf mein Gerät installiert.
Dann Netflix gelöscht und wieder aktualisiert, aber ich bekomme Netflix App im Android-Apps nicht zu sehen, diesen kann ich nur im Aptoide TV unter installierte Apps zu sehen.
Kann jemand mir bitte weiterhelfen?

Es gibt Netflix für Android APP’s (nur mit Aptoid sichtbar) und für Android TV die sind nicht gleich.
