Types of CIS alarms

Fault is indicated by LEDs (A1 to A24), a fault code on CIS display and / or acoustic alarm signal. In case of medium and severe faults, in addition, the STOP lamp lights up traffic informant.
There are three different types of emergency alarms:

Эксперты CLAAS проанализировали опыт работы аграриев на тракторе AXION 950 и подготовили рекомендации, как сделать эксплуатацию максимально эффективной.

Один из самых мощных тракторов в линейке CLAAS — AXION 950 впервые появился на рынке в 2012 году. Возможность выполнять тяжелые полевые работы с широкозахватными орудиями, обрабатывать огромные площади на хорошей рабочей скорости в 9-12 км/ч, быстро позволили ему завоевать доверие потребителей. К числу его основных достоинств относится и значительная — до 30%, по сравнению с аналогами, — экономия топлива, что подтверждается тестовыми испытаниям, проводившимися в Германии и России.

Вместе с тем, как показали опросы фермеров, проведенные компанией CLAAS в 2018 году, далеко не всем удается добиться оптимальных показателей производительности трактора AXION 950 и экономии ГСМ. По результатам анализа, эксперты выявили три ключевые и наиболее распространенные ошибки при эксплуатации машины: неправильная регулировка давления в шинах при полевых и транспортных работах; ошибки при балластировке, а также использование неоригинальных расходных материалов и запасных частей.

Общим правилом при регулировке давления в шинах является его снижение при полевых работах до 0,9-1,2 bar в зависимости от плотности и влажности почвы. Так, в ходе испытаний, работая с культиватором 8-метровой ширины и при глубине обработки 5-8 см, трактор AXION 950 показывал производительность 3,9 га/час и расход топлива — 7 л/га. После снижения давления в задних колесах с 1,5 bar до 1,2 bar и в передних — с 1,4 bar до 1,1 bar расход топлива снизился до 4,8 л/га, т.е. на 31%, а производительность выросла до 5,8 га/час, т.е. почти на 50%. Это происходит за счет увеличения пятна контакта и улучшения тягово-сцепных характеристик. Согласно проведенным расчетам, при увеличении давления в шинах по сравнению с оптимальными 0,9 bar до 1,2 bar тяговая мощность трактора, в среднем, снижается на 12%, при 1,5 bar — на 25%, а при 1,9 bar — уже на 38%.

При транспортировке и перемещении по дорогам общего пользования, наоборот, увеличенное пятно контакта приводит к росту расхода топлива и быстрому износу шин.

Высокой тяговой мощности трактору AXION 950 помогает достигать 12 тонн собственной массы и дополнительный балласт до 2200 кг, максимальный вес которого был специально увеличен с 1500 кг. Средний размер полей в агрохозяйствах в стране существенно превышает европейские показатели. Кроме того, меньшая энергонасыщенность в расчете на 1000 га также способствует тому, что мощные тракторы гораздо чаще, чем в странах Европы, используются с широкозахватными почвообрабатывающими орудиями. При этом многие фермеры пренебрегают базовыми правилами балластировки: используют балласт при транспортных работах, навешивают весь его комплект при тяговых работах, применяют одинаковый балласт при выполнении обработки почвы на разной глубине.

В первых двух описанных выше случаях, при транспортировке и максимальном балласте, трактор несет дополнительную нагрузку, что увеличивает расход топлива. К этому также добавляется и излишняя неэффективная нагрузка на приводные органы. При увеличении глубины работы орудия текущий вес переднего балласта может оказаться недостаточным, либо, наоборот, излишним — при уменьшении заглубления и, соответственно, снижении тяговой нагрузки. Недостаточный передний балласт также приводит к увеличению пробуксовки и соответственно, быстрому износу шин.

Наконец, третьей наиболее распространенной ошибкой является попытка сэкономить на текущем техническом обслуживании путем приобретения более дешевых неоригинальных расходных материалов и запчастей, а также ГСМ низкого качества. Моторное масло сомнительного происхождения неизбежно приводит к незапланированному и дорогостоящему ремонту двигателя.
