Linde (& Baker) H50D:
Error code L 202
Hi dears ,
My Linde 5 ton forklift showing L 202 error code, anyone please help me out on this.I want to know why this error code has came, and where the problem has occurred and how i can re fix it.

check your joysticks. one of them is not in neutral position when you turn on the key.
If the problem remains, you will have to change your joysticks

The history of Linde Material Handling began back in 1904, when Hugo Güldner, Karl von Linde and Georg von Kraus founded the joint venture Güldner Motoren-Gesellschaft
GmbH in Munich. Three years later, the company moved to Aschaffenburg.
In 1929, Linde’s Eismaschinen Aktiengesellschaft acquired all of the company’s shares and gradually restructured it. At that time, the most important products were engines and
agricultural tractors.
The company flourished in the middle of the last century and was associated with the active development of technological solutions.
In 1969, the company completely stopped the production of tractors and focused exclusively on the production and development of forklifts and material handling equipment.
Already in 1971, Linde presented the electric forklift at the famous exhibition Hannover Messe.
Since the 1970s, Linde has been actively expanding through the purchase of core assets around the world. So in 1977,
the Baker Material Handling Corporation was acquired by the manufacturer of loaders from the USA, in 1984 the French manufacturer of
forklift trucks Fenwick joined Linde, and in 1989 the British manufacturer of
forklifts Lansing Bagnall.
In 1993, Linde came to China with the help of forklift company Linde-Xiamen.
In 2006, Linde Material Handling, until then a division of Linde AG, moved to the
newly created group of companies KION.
From January 1, 2013, the hydraulics division was legally independent Linde Hydraulics separated from Linde Material Handling.
In 2010, Linde became the first industrial truck manufacturer in Europe to include a range of fuel cells in its range.
In 2014, the first cars with a lithium-ion battery appeared. Linde electric forklift drive technology has been offered since 2011 under
the Linde eMotion label for applications such as commercial electric drive trucks or electric forklifts.
In 2015, Linde introduced the first automated vehicles in cooperation with Balyo and the fleet management system connect.

Great to hear!!!
Had the same error few days ago.
Customer was in panic, 2 out 3 lifts broke down…..
One had the rear axle blocked, and the other this, made 1 out of 2
Thank you very much for your answer! The problem was in the non-working pressure sensor.
Could be the accumulator at the rightside behind the fan, or the pressure sensor in front of the pressurefilter under the footplate, the one the has the oval shaped connector.(check also wires for this sensor)
Check accumulator, place hex socket in the accumulator, and GENTLY loosen it. VERY GENTLY. Otherwise the gas will all escape..
if it starts to hiss, then there is gaspressure. If oil comes out, replace the accumulator

Root Cause: accumulator was dead.

T501 can also be the pressure sensor for accumulator.
There was a service bulletin about these, in certain temparature cnlan cause this error.
Try to swap with the brakepressure sensor, they ar the same.
Brake sensor is located right above the hydr.pump on the axle.
The other lives down on the brakevalve rightside under pressurefilter.
For this one remove batterij, there is a hole for easy acces.
Error should change to T502
Check the accumulator, remove the fan on the rightside, there it lives.
Use an allenkey to open the backside, do this SLOWLY.
If it hisses, there is pressure. If oil comes out, replace the accumulator

Thanks for information, does anyone has an error description of these faults? (error/fault code list) i do have the maintenance manual but there are no error/fault codes in it.

I had a similar problem in 2 linde. In one of the series 387, the problem was the valve 2Y10 in the manifold. Exchange for new and after the problem.
In the second linde 386 it turned out that there is a problem with a hydraulic accumulator (a big black metal pear). It can be checked in a very simple way after unscrewing.

Добрый день, ошибка Е114 говорит о том, что произошло короткое замыкание на одном из выходов контроллера электродвигателя хода

1. Произошло короткое замыкание либо на катушке главного контактора K1, тормозной катушке Y1, катушке контактора подъема K2, либо в звуковом сигнале.
2. Произошло короткое замыкание в кабелях, которые соединяются с компонентами, или в диодах свободного хода, или в конденсаторе, который подавляет звуковой сигнал.
Очень может быть, что это внутреннее короткое замыкание в контроллере и нужно будет его поменять.
Рекомендуем для диагностики и ремонта обратиться к официальным представителям Atlet в Вашем регионе.
В приборе управления нет деталей, обслуживаемых пользователем. Запрещаются: любые попытки открыть, починить, изменить каким-либо образом прибор управления.
В противном случае действия могут привести к причинению урона прибору управления и потеря гарантии.
Рекомендуется содержать прибор управления в чистом и сухом виде, периодически проверять и очищать файлы истории ошибок.
Очистка
Периодическая внешняя чистка прибора управления поможет предотвратить появление коррозий и возможных проблем электрического управления, причиненные грязью, пылью и химикатами, которые являются составляющими окружающей среды работающего погрузчика и присутствуют в устройствах с батарейным питанием.
Внимание!
Во время работы с любым устройством с батарейным питанием соблюдать установленные профилактические меры безопасности. Меры включают в себя, но не ограничиваются: хорошее обучение оператора, ношение защиты глаз, а также наличие незастегнутой или незаправленной одежды и украшений.
Используйте следующие советы при регулярных профилактических осмотрах. Нельзя использовать моющий аппарат с высоким давлением для мойки прибора управления.
1. Отключение производится путем разъединения батареи
2. Разряжать конденсаторы на приборе управления путем соединения провода (такой как обмотка контактора) поперек соединений В+ и В- прибора управления.
3. Убирать любую грязь или коррозии/ржавчины от участков входных или сигнальных соединений. Прибор управления нужно протирать начисто с влажной тряпкой. Тщательно просушите его до подсоединения батареи.
4. Убедитесь в том, что соединения плотно соединены.
История ошибок
Программатор можно использовать для входа в историю ошибок прибора управления. Программатор считает все ошибки, которые высвечивались на приборе управления после последней очистки истории ошибок. Ошибки бывают: неустойчивые короткие замыкания, ошибки из-за расслабленных проводов, ошибки, вследствие нарушений оператора. Такие ошибки, как ошибки соединения могут быть результатом расслабленных проводов, необходима осторожная проверка контактов проводов. Такие ошибки, как блокировка запуска или перегревание могут быть вызваны поведением оператора или перегрузкой.
После того, как проблема была диагностирована и исправлена, нужно стереть соответствующие файлы из истории ошибок. Это позволяет прибору управления сохранять новый файл в истории ошибок. Путем проверки нового файла в истории ошибок позже, вы сможете с точностью определить была ли устранена эта ошибка или нет.
Единовременно может отображаться только 1 ошибка, иные ошибки системы не ставятся в очередь
