Kyocera FS-1135MFP — ошибка F248

F248 — ошибка обработки изображения. В большинстве случаев такая проблема встречается из-за спецсимволов в задании на печать. Помогает перезагрузка устройства.

Если ошибка появляется периодически, то порядок действий следующий:

1. Проверьте какое задание на печать вызывает данную ошибку — возможно при печати особенных документов, символов.
2. Выполните обновление программы аппарата.
3. В настройках драйвера принтера (Пуск → Принтеры → Свойства → Параметры устройства → PDL) поставьте галочку — Режим GDI.

Если же ошибка отображается постоянно — замените главную плату устройства.

Господа, доброго дня!

Поделитесь, пожалуйста, прошивкой, в свое время качал, но не могу найти. Очень срочно надо запустить аппарат, работа встала.

А то однажды тоже собрался было шить, а пока искал прошивку — устроил допрос пользователей. И выяснилось, что стала возникать данная ошибка исключительно при печати из программы Супермаг (аппарат стоит в продуктовом супермаркете) и началось это после обновления тамошним админом дров на аппарат.

В общем, всё решилось сменой драйвера (на какой именно — сейчас не скажу уже), а сам аппарат не пострадал.

Ошибка F248 на МФУ Kyocera сигнализирует о том, что отправленный в печать документ не может быть обработан аппаратом. 

В большинстве случаев это происходит из-за устаревания микропрограммного обеспечения принтера на фоне частых обновлений текстовых редакторов и pdf-ридеров.

Новые символы и разметки не считываются печатающим устройством, которое впоследствии выдает ошибку.

Экстренное решение данной проблемы сводится к перезагрузке принтера. Затем следует очистить очередь на печать, а вызвавший неполадку документ лучше распечатать в формате изображения.

Чтобы Error F248 не повторилась вновь, следуйте универсальной инструкции:ошибка F248 совместимость gdi

  1. Обновите устаревшую версию прошивки Kyocera на актуальное издание, скачав ПО на сайте [службы поддержки производителя].
  2. Включите режим совместимости с GDI (Панель управления — Принтеры — Свойства — Параметры устройства).
  3. Попробуйте поработать на редакторах более поздних версий до выхода официального обновления для вашего принтера. 

Ни одна из вышеперечисленных рекомендаций не помогла? Обратитесь за помощью в сервисный центр. Возможно, за ошибкой F248 стоит аппаратная поломка.

    Cant Reset F248 Error On Kyocera FS6525

    I have a customer with a Kyocera FS6525 with a F248 error. After researching the error I realize a firmware upgrade is necessary. The problem Im having is rebooting the copier doesn’t reset the code. It will warm up and come to ready only to return with the error a few seconds after. Ive tried unplugging network cable and restarting and when it does come to ready quickly checking the print queue shows no print job at all to kill. No print job in the customers computer either. Rebooted computer to make sure their was no phantom print job somewhere and unplugged overnight. Still comes back. Tried to upgrade firmware even with the error coming up but firmware upgrade stalls when error comes up. Cant get into service mode either.

    Is their a way to reset machine to reset error so I can upgrade firmware. Thanks in advance. Fairly new machine. Hope I don’t have to replace controller and explain that to customer…

    Any time I have seen this error it has been caused by corrupt data being send to the printer. Unplug the network cable and restart. See if code reappears. Cancel all print job, clear queues etc.

    Few threads on this already, this one is a good a place to start with a few good tips.

    so if the network cable is left unplugged…completely off the ethernet LAN…and MFP restarted.. the code reappears? ?

    i had this issue this week… (no code when off the network, plugged in.. 2 min later, the code hits)
    after clearing all PCs and server.. it turned out to be coming from an XprintServer.. its that 3rd party wireless device that enables IOS devices to print.. it needed rebooting….so it was corrupt data coming somewhere from an Ipad or Mac or phone!

    That’s the weird thing. This is what I’ve done. Disconnect network cable and left unplugged. Unplugged machine. Plugged back in and restart. No jobs showing at all in machine queue but yet code returns shortly after machine comes to ready. It happened after customer sent over pdf file so it seems like corrupt data somewhere in machine but can’t clear it in any way.

    Go to system menu/counter key and select maintenance/adjustment then service setting then select memory diagnostics, press start, turn off machine, wait 10 seconds turn back on. This will see if you have a defective memory device, that is preventing a reset of an fcode.

    You could also run sim 21 to initialize memory, but you might have to reinstall ip address info etc.

    Cant get that far. Jumps back into the F248 a few seconds after warm up.

Our office Kyocera FS-6525 MFP (Multifunction Printer) started stopping in the middle of printing (usually only after printing 1 or 2 pages) with the error code F248 showing. The error kept coming after print was sent from a particular machine.

This helped to isolate the problem.

F248 code indicates a communication error; usually the printer does not understand the data coming from the computer. This usually shows if the drivers are incorrect. Fortunately, it’s very easy to fix this.

Firstly, it would also be a good idea to update the firmware for the printer to the latest. However, this is not necessary.

In order to get the printer and computer communicating properly, you simple have to ensure the right driver is used. This is done by going to the Control Panel, click on View Devices and Printer and select your printer then right click and select Properties.

In Properties, select the Advanced tab and check the driver being used. In my case, the default was a universal driver, KX Driver for Universal Printing.

Click the drop down box and select the appropriate driver, if it’s installed. If not, then you need to install the right driver which should come with the printer. However, if this not available, then you need to check the manufacturers website to download it.
