I was going buy to buy Microsoft Points with my PayPail account. After I’ve write in the email and the password an error occured. A message came up with the error code 8007274c, which I don’t know what it means.
I’ve been trying to connect to Xbox live for a hour now, and it seems like I always get disconnected from XBL.

I am a Xbl community ambassador and we come across this problem all the time. It means there is a unpaid charge on the account. In order to redeem or purchase something off the Xbl you need to pay the charge. If you don’t know what it is, contact Microsoft by phone and they will tell you. More then likely, its a expired credit card or a autorenewal.

Maximize your network bandwidth

Try to download after some time

Open network ports
