· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

· Open the application, check the «Everything» checkbox, and click «Scan» to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the «Summary View» on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says «Summary» to change to «Detailed View».  

· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.  

2. Have you tried a BIOS update?

3. Have you tried with the drivers from the laptop manufacturer?

4. Try with a clean installation of Intel drivers:

В переводе с английского языка данное сообщение выглядит как «Зафиксирован скачок напряжения во время предыдущей работы. Инструмент «ASUS Anti-surge» был активирован для защиты системы от нестабильного блока питания».

То есть, встроенный в материнскую плату инструмент «ASUS Anti-surge» зафиксировал угрожающий скачок напряжения от блока питания, и для обеспечения безопасной работы компьютера выполнил отключение (перезагрузку) ПК.

Напомню читателю, что инструмент «ASUS Anti-surge» является специальной разработкой компании ASUS, направленной на защиту системы от перегрузок питания. Управляется данный инструмент через БИОС, где его можно легко включить/отключить.

Какие причины могли привести к упомянутому скачку напряжения? Я бы выделил следующее:

  • Нестабильный (слабый по мощности, исчерпавший свой ресурс) блок питания компьютера;

I am using SAP Learning Solution from portal. When the employee applies the course from portal, the system shows a message ‘Work flow Cancellation Requested’ instead of ‘Participation Requested’

I checked in LSOWF_CUSTOMIZE, the customizing is maintained correctly. The table LSOWF_RUNNING shows that the action type requested as ‘CANC’ instead of ‘BOOK’.

I checked in SWEHR3 — there is no entry maintained. When I enable the event trace and do the course booking from portal — all I can see is only the even ‘ATTENDANCE — CREATED’;

Can you please advice where could be the problem?

Try to go to transaction swetypv. Check if your event is linked to correct workflow id and if checkbox linkage activated is checked.

Thanks for replies. The event linkage is set properly in the transaction SWETYPV. When I enabled the event trace for workflow and triggered a course registration from portal — there are no events registered in the event trace.

@ Pavan: I have checked the link, and configuration are maintained as recommended by SAP.

The problem is, when a course registration is required — it automatically shows — the course is requested for cancellation. This is because the table lsowf_running is having the workitems for those trainingID with WFACTION as ‘CANC’

This means, when I request for a training course and later cancel it — the above said table is maintained with ‘CANC’ entries. I have not approved the cancellation of the course. If I rebook the course — the course still shows ‘Booking Cancellation Requested’ because the WFACTION is read for the training ID and the personal from the table lsowf_running.

Any one has some idea, where could be the problem.

I have had this new desktop computer for 2 weeks. Ever since I assembled it, I have been experiencing random WiFi disconnections with a frequency of about 2 disconnections per day. After this happens, I have to manually reconnect to the WiFi network.

I have a laptop, an iPhone and an iPad in my home network, and none of them experience this weird WiFi outage; it only happens to the desktop computer.

Whenever I get disconnected, the only clue I get is an event 6062 «Lso was triggered» in the systems event viewer.
My motherboard is a X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi. The chipset driver together with the WiFi adapter driver and the LAN driver were installed after a fresh install of Windows 10 v1903. The drivers are up to date, and Windows 10 is up to date.

Any idea on what the problem is?

Ok, guys. I figured it out.

The «Lso was triggered» event will be logged every time my computer connects to the WiFi network. That is to say, whenever I turn on or reset my computer, it will connect to the WiFi network and hence, log the event.

Additionally, this event is logged every time my access point changes channel. My access point was configured for auto-channel selection, meaning this variable could change on-the-fly based on interference and usage. This explains why I saw the «Lso was triggered» event logged many times throughout the day even though I seldom shut down or reset my computer.

I don’t know why my WiFi adapter does this; maybe sub-optimal drivers or a bad access point; but sometimes when the channel changes and this event is logged, my internet connection is dropped for a second or so (very noticeable while gaming).

The solution was to set a fixed channel in the access point. Problem solved. I have spent over 2 days without any internet connection drop and without the «Lso was triggered» event logged.

предупреждение

Lifecycle Service Orchestration о запуске дополнительного сетевого устройства, управляемого драйвером Netwtw10. Может появляться на ПК с несколькими сетевыми подключениями, например LAN и WLAN. Часто появляется, если сетевые адаптеры от Intel.

Ноутбук Lenovo legion5, ошибка может выскочить в любой момент и влечет за собой самостоятельную перезагрузку, но в основном когда смотрю youtube, при использовании zoom, мешает тем, что он сам по себе перезагружается

так именно из-за этого предупреждения и перезагружается ноутбук, по событиям и времени оно единственное, процессор не intel a ryzen, интернет раздаю все время с телефона, но опять же в большинстве случаев это происходит про просмотре youtube и использовании zoom.

Явные проблемы с вайфайкой. Либо дрова, либо сама вайфайка перегревается и дохнет.

Nowadays, Windows is the most widely used OS for computers but it’s by no means perfect. Despite getting the large number of updates, the operating system of Microsoft still suffers from many issues in use.  For instance, Windows computers could randomly wake up, lose WiFi connection and so on. When Windows users open Event Viewer to determine what might have gone wrong, all they see is a mysterious entry: “6062 – Lso was triggered”.

Set A Fixed Channel In Access Point

If you see “6062 – Lso was triggered” in Event Viewer, there is a chance that your access point is configured for auto-channel selection. If auto-channel selection is enabled, the access point variables change on-the-fly based on interference, usage of the network, etc. Things would return to normal if you set a fixed channel in access point. 

Run Windows Network Diagnostic Tool 

Windows Network Diagnostic tool is good at resolving problems related to the network. You may give it a try before jumping on many advanced solutions. 

  • Step 1: Navigate to the internet icon on your taskbar and right-click it.
  • Step 2: Select Troubleshoot Problems option from the list and the windows troubleshooter should start finding the cause of the problem.
  • Step 3: Assuming that the troubleshooter manages to identify the root cause, it may also provide you with the recommended solution to fix the issue. 

Reset Network 

Resetting the network may help you resolve this issue. For an easier approach, you may use the network reset utility in Windows 10.

  • Step 1: Navigate to the Start menu then go to Settings and then choose the Network & Internet option.
  • Step 2: Select Status from the left navigation pane and scroll down to find the Network Reset option.
  • Step 3: Examine the Network Reset information message after clicking the Network Reset link. Select Reset now when you’re ready to reset your network settings.

I am using SAP Learning Solution from portal. When the employee applies the course from portal, the system shows a message ‘Work flow Cancellation Requested’ instead of ‘Participation Requested’

I checked in LSOWF_CUSTOMIZE, the customizing is maintained correctly. The table LSOWF_RUNNING shows that the action type requested as ‘CANC’ instead of ‘BOOK’.

I checked in SWEHR3 — there is no entry maintained. When I enable the event trace and do the course booking from portal — all I can see is only the even ‘ATTENDANCE — CREATED’;

Can you please advice where could be the problem?

Try to go to transaction swetypv. Check if your event is linked to correct workflow id and if checkbox linkage activated is checked.

Thanks for replies. The event linkage is set properly in the transaction SWETYPV. When I enabled the event trace for workflow and triggered a course registration from portal — there are no events registered in the event trace.

@ Pavan: I have checked the link, and configuration are maintained as recommended by SAP.

The problem is, when a course registration is required — it automatically shows — the course is requested for cancellation. This is because the table lsowf_running is having the workitems for those trainingID with WFACTION as ‘CANC’

This means, when I request for a training course and later cancel it — the above said table is maintained with ‘CANC’ entries. I have not approved the cancellation of the course. If I rebook the course — the course still shows ‘Booking Cancellation Requested’ because the WFACTION is read for the training ID and the personal from the table lsowf_running.

Any one has some idea, where could be the problem.

I have had this new desktop computer for 2 weeks. Ever since I assembled it, I have been experiencing random WiFi disconnections with a frequency of about 2 disconnections per day. After this happens, I have to manually reconnect to the WiFi network.

I have a laptop, an iPhone and an iPad in my home network, and none of them experience this weird WiFi outage; it only happens to the desktop computer.

Whenever I get disconnected, the only clue I get is an event 6062 «Lso was triggered» in the systems event viewer.
My motherboard is a X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi. The chipset driver together with the WiFi adapter driver and the LAN driver were installed after a fresh install of Windows 10 v1903. The drivers are up to date, and Windows 10 is up to date.

Any idea on what the problem is?

Ok, guys. I figured it out.

The «Lso was triggered» event will be logged every time my computer connects to the WiFi network. That is to say, whenever I turn on or reset my computer, it will connect to the WiFi network and hence, log the event.

Additionally, this event is logged every time my access point changes channel. My access point was configured for auto-channel selection, meaning this variable could change on-the-fly based on interference and usage. This explains why I saw the «Lso was triggered» event logged many times throughout the day even though I seldom shut down or reset my computer.

I don’t know why my WiFi adapter does this; maybe sub-optimal drivers or a bad access point; but sometimes when the channel changes and this event is logged, my internet connection is dropped for a second or so (very noticeable while gaming).

The solution was to set a fixed channel in the access point. Problem solved. I have spent over 2 days without any internet connection drop and without the «Lso was triggered» event logged.

Nowadays, Windows is the most widely used OS for computers but it’s by no means perfect. Despite getting the large number of updates, the operating system of Microsoft still suffers from many issues in use.  For instance, Windows computers could randomly wake up, lose WiFi connection and so on. Windows allows people to audit access to all files on NTFS drives and each access to a file is documented as a new event. That might create hundreds of events every second, overloading the event log and reducing system performance. Thus, when fine-tuning audit access policy, Windows users must ensure that only certain files and folders have auditing properties.

  • To quickly deduce the meaning of an entry in Event Viewer, search the general description, the Event ID and the Source, or a combination of those elements on the Internet.
  • Resolving all the problems and warnings in Event Viewer is not possible. Hence, there is no need to panic as you scan the entries in Event Viewer.
  • It’s possible to store events in a log for later viewing or on another PC. All you have to do is to export the events into an XML file.
