Выше: .NET-BroadcastEventWindow.4.0.0.0.2982bee.0: CCC.exe, если вы не нажмете принудительное выключение, компьютер не выключится.

Прежде всего, обновите драйверы оборудования и BIOS.
Также, если проблема не исчезнет, для устранения и других проблем можно запустить Windows с минимальным набором драйверов и программ. Этот тип загрузки называется «чистой загрузкой». Чистый запуск поможет устранить конфликты программного обеспечения.
Чтобы запустить чистую загрузку Windows, выполните следующие действия:
На рабочем столе нажмите сочетание клавиш Win + X, выберите «Выполнить» и введите:
msconfig
Нажмите «ОК», если появится запрос на повышение прав, разрешите программе внести изменения в ваш компьютер, откроется окно «Конфигурация системы.
Выберите «Выборочный запуск», снимите флажок «Загружать элементы автозагрузки», перейдите на вкладку «Службы», выберите «Не показывать службы Microsoft», нажмите «Отключить все», нажмите «Применить», «ОК», перезагрузите компьютер.
Если это не сработает, просмотрите эту ветку.

I get an application error (.NET-BroadcastEventWindow . . .) when closing my application IF I open a Crystal Report. If I run the program without doing any reporting, it closes fine. This problem occurs both on the development machine and with the app deployed to a client machine.
The environment is VS2005 Beta 2.
In doing some searching, it appears others have had this problem (though not necessarily with VS2005 Beta 2) and seemed to indicate it has something to do with the file crqe.dll. However, I haven’t found any solutions.
Any help with this is much appreciated.

As I had mentioned, the error only occurred when reporting off a dataset. I have subsequently found that if I explicitly close the report (invoke the close method on the report object) after viewing the report, I no longer get the error. So I guess it was my sloppy programming (not closing the report) that was causing my problem.

Every time i shut down my windows computer (windows 10) this shows up in the «apps preventing shutdown» — something like «NET-BroadcastEventWindow». It shows for half a second then closes and my computer shuts down. Is this a windows process or do i have some sort of spyware installed?

Here’s the fix that I use for clients of my computer business!
Be sure to restart between each uninstall so that the system knows what is going on and will cause fewer anomolies in the installs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Step 1
Uninstall all .NET Framework entries in the installed program list in the reverse order of installation. ie 1.1 update, 2.0 version, 1.1 version.
Step 2
Uninstall windows Explorer since this becomes unusable with .NET Framework being uninstalled.
Step 3
At this point the ATI program for the tray icon called «cli.exe» should be turned off using MSCONFIG’s last page (just uncheck and apply) Do a restart again here.
Step 4
Reinstall Internet Explorer using the install window programs function.
Step 5
Restart again and go to the windows update site to reinstall «ALL» .NET Framework materials in
the correct order (You will have to do this twice to get everything since only the basics are originally listed)
Step 6
This should be all you have to do but just in case there is a problem at this point simply uninstall the ATI graphics drivers now and reinstall (or you might get away with just having the program «Repair» what you have.
