Move it to a safe location in another folder (do NOT trash it)
Next time you launch the game it will generate the System_v002.save file
You should now be able to play the game, my character and items were still there when I logged in

What to do with the old System_v002.sav ?
Store it in safe location (I don’t know what is actually saved in it)
Send it to Bandai customer support and tell them that your sav file is causing the game to fail at launch so they can fix whatever is wrong with it.
