First, we just wanted to mention, that it is great to know that the issue got fixed automatically and that the Nvidia graphics card and the rest of the components are now properly detected on your machine.

In reference to your request about what happened with your device, it is difficult to identify for sure the source of the issue. The SSU report is not a diagnostic tool, the information that it provides is basically model numbers and how the parts are being recognized by the system. In this case, the problem could be related to, BIOS settings, the Windows* version being used, Windows* updates, driver updates, or even the connection or the assembly of the parts. For example, if by any chance the Nvidia graphics card is not properly attached to the board, through the PCIe port, it will not be recognized and you will see this error message on «Device Manager» related to Intel® Pcie controller x16-1901, but still, it is difficult to be able to determine that for a fact unless a physical inspection of the computer is done.

It is very unlikely for the issue to come back again. It is important to mention, that we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform. Accroding to the SSU report, currently, the graphics driver version on your system is 27.20.100.8280 provided by Acer.

As you can see in the link below, there are a lot of graphics driver versions provided by Acer, both for Intel® and Nvidia. That means your platform is working with a hybrid graphics configuration. The latest one for Intel® is version 1952.14.0.1470 from 2020/12/11:

And from Nvidia, the latest graphics driver version they have available for the GTX 1660Ti, which is the model of your Nvidia graphics card, is 27.21.14.5167 from 2021/07/02 that you can see on that same link provided above. Accroding to the SSU document the version currently installed is 31.0.15.1659.

The latest Intel® graphics driver version we have available on our website is 30.0.101.1994, if necessary you can always test it, keeping in mind that is generic:

Still, at this point, since the laptop is working properly, we recommend to keep using the computer as it is, to follow the recommendations provided by Acer, even though Windows* 11 seems to be fully compatible, making sure the latest BIOS version is currently installed, and to use their graphics drivers for the proper functionality of the computer.

If the issue persists, after the above steps, try the below:

Turn off the notebook.
Plug the notebook into a power source using the power adapter.
With the notebook off, press and hold the Windows logo key  and the B key at the same time.

   NOTE:

On some notebook models, it might be necessary to press and hold the Windows logo key  and the V key.
While pressing those keys, press and hold the Power button on the computer for 2 to 3 seconds, and then release the Power button but continue to hold the Windows logo key and the B or V key until the HP BIOS update screen displays or you hear a beeping sound (usually 8 beeps).

The HP BIOS Update screen displays, and the BIOS update begins automatically. This might take several minutes, and you might hear additional beeping sounds.
- If the HP BIOS Update screen does not display, repeat the previous steps. If the issue persists after repeating the steps, skip to the next step to Download a replacement BIOS file.
- If the Power light turns off, the notebook has turned off because the Power button was held too long. Repeat the previous steps, making sure to hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds only.

Вроде бы нашел решение, но не знаю как сделать это

Немного об установке драйверов на перенесенную систему. Первая попытка закончилась неудачей — встали только драйвера чипсета с конфликтом ресурсов PCI контроллера (Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller — 0C01) и системного VGA контроллера (VgaSave). Драйвера видеоконтроллера GeForce GTX 760 не встали из-за ошибки — отсутствуют свободные ресурсы. Дальнейшие действия:
1. Установил примочку Microsoft Fix it 50606 для показа неиспользуемых драйверов установленных в систему, далее удалил все драйвера отсутствующего оборудования.
2. Вручную поменял в реестре последовательность загрузки в группе Boot Bus Extender, сначала должен грузиться PCI Bus Driver и затем PnP ISA/EISA Bus Driver. Конфликт ресурсов чипсета пропал и появился новый неопознанный видеоконтроллер.
3. Успешно установил все остальные драйвера — сеть, аудио, видеоконтроллеры (встроенный в Intel Core и внешний).
Может кому-то это будет полезно…

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restart your computer if you haven’t done so already. There is always the remote possibility that the Code 19 error you’re seeing was caused by some kind of fluke or temporary problem. If so, a simple reboot might fix the Code 19.

Did you install a device or make a change in Device Manager just before you noticed the Code 19? If so, it’s very possible that the change you made caused the Code 19 error. Undo the change if possible, restart your PC, and then check again for the Code 19 error.

Depending on the changes you made, some solutions might include:

Removing or reconfiguring the newly installed device
Reversing the registry changes you made
Rolling back the driver to the version prior to your update

Delete the UpperFilters and LowerFilters registry values. A common cause of Code 19 errors is the corruption of two registry values in the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class registry key.

Reinstall the drivers for the device. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers for the device that’s experiencing the Code 19 error is a likely solution to this problem.

Update the drivers for the device. Installing the latest manufacturer supplied drivers for a device with the Code 19 error could fix the problem. If updating the drivers solves the Code 19 error, it probably means that there was some kind of issue with the drivers that Windows was storing that you reinstalled in the previous step.
