Clean Boot Your PC and Disable/Uninstall the Conflicting Applications

If it was DNS error code would be different (IPSEC: 0x89232041)
And this one is definitely some sort of game system itself blocking, connection is absolutely fine.

Let me clarify, do you think that it is the game itself that is blocking the connection, or is it done by the computer system? (I also heard that in order to earn online you need to have level 20 and complete all 4 months, is this really so?)

Я с этой болячкой уже 6 дней подряд борюсь. Игру переустанавливал, в групповую политику лазил, NAT проверял, все пашет, Тередо пашет, Порты в роутере перенаправлены.

Читал про теневые баны, это либо жесткий косяк версии Steam, либо случайность. Понятно, что бан даже без эдиного дня в онлайне — полнейший бред)
