Собственно, столкнулся с этой же проблемой, потому пишу свой вопрос в этой ветке, как дополнение.
Монеты все принимает, но НЕ выдает норм сдачу. То есть 1 из 10-20 попыток…
Что было сделано для устранения проблемы:
1) почистил датчики в верхней части монетоприемника;
2) почистил датчики в основной части (те что напротив туб с монетами);
3) осматривал все датчики и механизм на предмет посторонних предметов — чисто;
4) не найдя видимых проблем, проверил верхний блок приемника на другом автомате — отлично работает!
На данный момент подозреваю обрыв шлейфа, соединяющего этот верхний блок с основым блоком приемника.
Исходя из вышеизложенного, вопрос:
Что, кроме верхнего блока и шлейфа, идущего от него, может быть причиной?

Добрый день, товарищи! Проблема такая: NRI Currenza Blue перестал скидывать тубы A, B, C и D, пишет Jam. Черные колечки были без люфта, снял кольца, поправил их к оптике, A и B заработали как надо, а вот C и D нет. Не пойму в чем проблема, может оптика сдохла или еще что? Кто-нибудь сталкивался? Отсоединил нижнюю часть не знаю зачем, но когда все собрал и вставил сам контейнер с тубами, то написал ошибку Coin reject. Совсем поломался, кто знает как лечится? Может не правильно собрал?

Сегодня почистил все линзы, оптики и т.д. Пропала проблема с error in sizing optics, а вот coin rejected не исправилась ошибка. В общем позвонил в сервис, сказали, что сгорел один из сенсоров (оптик) на валидаторе, при чем сказали, что jam в C и D закономерная проблема с Coin rejected. В общем думаю в сервис отвезти в понедельник. Осталось только отсоединить провода, которые спрятаны за плату и не поймешь, что и где ))
Есть какая-то профилактика? Протирать все оптики? Аппаратам по 2 года и не хочется, чтобы остальные тоже сломались.

Друзья, помогите разобраться. Монетник не зачисляет кредит. Все монеты сразу летят в сдачу. При этом сдачу с купюр выдаёт чётко. Пишет ошибку Coin jam in flight dack. Я так понимаю ругается на застревание. Но застрявших или перекосившихся монет в голове и тубах обнаружить не удалось. В меню диагностики выдаёт ошибку при проверке валидатора. Подскажите, что могло случиться?

У меня вчера тоже coin rejected Начал показывать при пробросе монет. И монеты перестал принимать. Почистил , не помогло. Полез глубже , снял плату в голове, всё что можно продул и прочистил.Ещё раз подкрышкой хорошо почистил, там где монета катится. И напоследок снял все колеса в нижней части , протер их вместе с белыми наклейками, и продул места где фотоприемники к ним стоят. Собрал , и чудо, всё заработало.
Так что поначалу надо более тщательно чистить.Хотя возможно и в шлейфе проблема была , может закис.

Разобраслся с ошибкой этой дело было в голове не плотное прилегание крышки,или чуствительность диодов на монеты! при загрузке монет начал давить на крышку валидатора и ошибка уходила пока давишь! в итоги замотал ее скочем и посадил плотнее! а ту приговарили уже пол снека на замену!Мда еще раз убеждаюсь что у нас в России такой бизнес не катит, так как нет спецалистов а одни разводилы, типо мастера сидят и приговаривают чтоб в ремонт сдал, просто навариваются на нас!

Совершенно верно! Я бы даже сказал, это главнейшая проблема во взаимодействии «человек-машина», поскольку ни одна машина не может научить человека грамотно ей пользоваться,
и уж тем более не заменит полёт человеческой мысли (например, скотч!). Ещё бывает герметик и стакан шоколада, сами знаете куда — старожилы форума знают про этот трюк.
Резюмирую — век живи,……. .

Ну и на сколько расчитан такой вариант решения проблемы? Поработает какое то время монетник в таком режиме эксплуатации оптодатчиков (это при условии что заземление в сети подключения аппарата нормальное, а если нет — то недолго ему работать), со временем просядут они ещё больше, а что потом? Отправлять в сервис, проклиная его сотрудников за то что не подсказывают какие диоды менять и как?
Или по вашему бизнес в России, это когда по вашему чиху все со всех ног кинулись наперебой советы вам давать?

Что б потом время и нервы не тратить….
Если вдруг какая-нибудь туба перестанет наполняться — отключай ее сразу. Что нервы тратить.
Если кофе будет автомат давать невкусный — отключи кнопки с этим напитком.
Если вдруг автомат начнет переливать — загрузи стаканы по-больше.
Плохо греет бойлер — переходи на коктейли. 4000 км — это не шутка.
Монетник перестал давать сдачу — округли цены. Зачем выручку терять?

Ну и на сколько расчитан такой вариант решения проблемы? Поработает какое то время монетник в таком режиме эксплуатации оптодатчиков (это при условии что заземление в сети подключения аппарата нормальное, а если нет — то недолго ему работать), со временем просядут они ещё больше, а что потом? Отправлять в сервис, проклиная его сотрудников за то что не подсказывают какие диоды менять и как?

ну если заземления не было то я думаю так вообще автомат не включался бы, так как питание нет. А так автомат считай что как холодильник работает, просто с разедки на 220в. а Заземления здания в любом случае есть так как это не киоск и торговый центр!
