Нет, вы просто гуглить не умеете.
Плата — вот она, лежит передо мной на столе, кусочек текстолита 45*35 мм с одним разъемом, одной микрухой и кучей смд-мелочевки, и у китайцев нашлось и фото, и торговое предложение (только оптовое).
Память — FRAM.
И посты по проблеме платы счетчиков гуглятся (ессно, не русскоязычные), в т.ч. и по 1133.
Итого, совет остается только один: несите в ремонт. В такой ремонт, который знает, что с этим делать.

Всем привет.
Аппарат Canon ir1133 после замены термопленки включился с ошибкой E246-0000 turn the main power. Все соединения проверены, все шлейфы включены, сканер позиционируется. В сервисное меню не входит, а в пользовательское заходит. Описание ошибки нет (System error) Подскажите пожалуйста «куда копать»?

Учитывая, что коды ошибок у аппаратов Canon одинаковы для разных моделей, стоит почитать ссылка скрыта от публикации . Особенно последний ответ, печку-то ковыряли.

Тема конечно старая, но вдруг кому пригодится, если разбирал печку как в случае автора темы, смотри контакт нагревателя печки (вставлен не до щелчка), перед тем как разбирать померяй сопротивление. Удачи!

Error in writing operations (to the counter memory).

1. A normal soft counter reading cannot be written to the counter memory.
2. Counter Memory PCB not being recognized on power up

1. Re-install original Counter Memory PCB that belongs to that equipment.

Counter Memory PCB is a matched board with the Serial Number PCB and cannot be swapped with one from any other equipment.

Counter Memory, Serial Number and Main Controller PCBs work as a set and are considered the �Soft Counter Circuit�.

Counter Memory PCB is electronically stamped with the serial number from the Serial Number PCB.
Neither the Counter Memory PCB nor the Serial Number PCB can be swapped to other equipment. The Counter Memory PCB keeps track of the total count, which cannot be erased or changed. The service counters are retained by the Main Controller. These counters can be reset manually through service mode.

When the Counter Memory PCB must be replaced, after installing the new one, the new Counter Memory PCB learns the Total Count from the Main Controller. This is retained in SRAM on the Main Controller PCB and held active by means of an on board battery.

**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Ошибка E000 в лазерных принтерах и МФУ Canon означает неисправность узла термозакрепления. Эта ошибка появляется, когда при подаче напряжения на термоэлемент, датчик температуры не догревается до нужной температуры. Обычно это означает выход из строя термоэлемента. Но иногда встречаются нюансы. О них мы и поговорим.

И так, перед нами Canon MF4410

с ошибкой E000

Дело в том, что, в последнее время, довольно часто мне в ремонт попадают устройства с ошибкой E000 в которых термоэлемент вполне исправен, а проблема оказывается с блоком питания Canon. При том, это касается не только относительно новых устройств, но и устройств постарше, к примеру, LBP2900. На термоэлемент с блока питания подается 220 вольт переменного напряжения. Что бы выяснить, рабочий ли блок питания, необходимо мультиметром проверить, подается ли на разъем подключения термоэлемента напряжение. Но сначала необходимо добраться до этого разъема.

И так, приступим. Откручиваем болт сзади устройства, со стороны разъема USB.

Сзади и снизу местонахождение защелок боковой крышки показано треугольниками,

а сверху черточками.

После снятия боковой крышки, отсоединяем все шлейфы и кабели от платы управления

Откручиваем сзади болт, который находится над разъемом USB.

Откручиваем все болты крепящие плату управления и снимаем ее.

Для того, что бы снять пластмассовое крепление шлейфов, необходимо поднять вверх защелку и сдвинуть крепление вправо.

Снимаем металлический каркас, на котором крепилась плата управления. Для этого откручиваем все болты, крепящие каркас.

Вот мы и добрались до разъема питания термоэлемента. Подключаем плату управления в подвешенном состоянии, следя за тем, что бы ничего не замкнуть.Включаем устройство и замеряем напряжение на разъеме подключения термоэлемента. Хочу заметить, что у меня был случай, когда с отключенным термоэлементом напряжение присутствовало, а с подключенным, под нагрузкой, напряжения не было. Так что рекомендую замерять напряжение с подключенным термоэлементом.

Схема управления подачи питания на термоэлемент во всех устройствах Canon практически идентична. Неисправны могут быть несколько элементов вместе или по отдельности:

1. Подгорели контакты реле 1. Проверить просто — необходимо подать около 20 вольт с любого блока питания и прозвонить контакты, которые должны замкнуться.

2. Вышел из строя транзистор 2.

3. Проблема в оптроне 3. Проверить довольно сложно, лучше заменить.

4. Пробитый диод 4. Для проверки выпаять и прозвонить.

При данном дефекте выхода из строя других элементов я не встречал. Надеюсь статья вам поможет. Удачи.

Description: Communication error with the Wireless LAN PCB

Description: Main Controller PCB error
Causes: Main Controller communication error occurred (other than scan).
Solutions: 1. Install the set of the controller firmware. 2. Replace the Main Controller PCB.

Description: Digital registration error
Causes: Information at digital registration could not be obtained.
Solutions: 1. Install the Engine Controller firmware. 2. Install the set of the controller firmware. 3. Replace the Engine Controller PCB

Description: Scanner power state error
Causes: An error was detected in power state of the Laser Scanner Unit.
Solutions: 1. Install the set of the controller firmware. 2. Replace the Laser Scanner Unit

Description: Firmware error
Causes: An error due to the controller software occurred so that print could not be proceeded. *1 Task number related to Exception is shown in decimal
Solutions: Due to firmware error, the possibility of solving the error by replacing the Main Controller PCB is low. Check the installed engine again.

Code: E804 0004
Description: Controller Fan error
Causes: Since the startup of the Controller Fan, the Fan was locked for a specified consecutive period of time.
Solutions: 1. Check power supply to the Controller Fan. 2. Replace the Controller Fan.

Description: Main Fan error
Causes: The Main Fan was locked for a specified consecutive period of time.

Causes: Printer detected failure of the Low Voltage Power Supply PCB.

– Fix Canon printer 7 times/ 8 times red light blinking:

Enter Service Mode on Canon Printer

1. Turn off a printer.
2. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel/Stop button.
3. Press and hold the ON button (do not release both buttons).
4. Release the Resume/Cancel/Stop button (do not release the ON button).
5. While holding the ON button, press the Resume/Cancel/Stop button 5 times, then release both the ON and Resume/Cancel/Stop buttons together.
