Здраствуйте. Пару дней назад выскачила такая же ошибка, машина при этом вообще не пытается даже завестись,сбросил ошибку и вуаля завелась. покатался до вечера все нормально. Съездил в магазин,вышел буквально на 5 минут. Вернувшись обнаружил туже ошибку,вот только она не скидуется и в придачу к ней блоки круиза,подушек и датчик угла поворота руля не выходят на связь.Перелазил все блоки везде сухо,все мастера разводят руками,а ехать к ОД как то шикотно( так как имеется опыт востонавления q7 утопленика саморучно).Может кто еще сталкивался с такой проблемой?

Выскочила такая же ошибка на приборке.. даже не заметил, в какой момент выскочила и что предшествовало ей. В блоке ACC есть ошибка по «концевому выключателю двери»…. как он связан с работой АСС, ума не приложу. Удаление ошибки результата не дает, сразу же появляется опять. Что подскажете? Других ошибок нет. Едет как раньше, без замечаний…. только без круиза и системы экстренного торможения(( в блоках управления дверей ошибок нет.

День добрый. сталкивался с такой же проблемой 2 месяца назад, долго искал по форумам ответ, но так ничего и не нашел. поехал к дилеру, после чего был в шоке. проблема оказалась в антенне на крыше машины. новая 124 евро стоит у офицалов. заменил сам, сложного ничего нету, и все проблемы ушли. все работает как и раньше

Я решил проблему путем ремонта механизма замка двери. Отломался маленький кусок пластмасски и не срабатывал один из концевиков. Капля супер-клея и все в норме!! -

Не могу разобраться с проблемой… не включается адаптивный круиз. На приборке ошибка «acc and audi braking guard not available». Такое ощущение, что просто заблокирован круиз и система не дает запускать его. Видимых проблем нет, ошибок на какие-то конкретные неисправности тоже нет… прикладываю log файл с Васи диагност, может кто направить в нужную сторону, что смотреть? Ошибка в системе информирования — это после обновления… висит давно, дело не в ней. Самое интересное, что ошибка в блоке круиза не сбрасывается, а когда удаляю, она появляется со старыми датой и временем (думаб это важно для диагноза).
Предыстория:
1. Несколько раз на протяжении двух- трех месяцев появлялась гирлянда ошибок по esp, ручнику, abs, давление в шинах и т.д… почистил датчики abs и все стало норм. Месяц полёт нормальный.
2. Решил для профилактики почистить сажевый фильтр. Открутил датчик температуры между сажевым и катализатором. До этого момента ошибок не было. После распыления химии поставил датчик обратно, завел… гирлянда на приборке. Проехал 10-20 км и все ошибки ушли кроме круиза. Уже три недели катаюсь без круиза.
Что смотреть, куда копать? Официалы в Минске, специально не поеду.
Может кто подкинет схему электрики для ACC, чтобы посмотреть что в цепи этой системы? Спасибо заранее.
Итог.
Официалы приговорили под замену оба радара. Был куплен левый в Польше (Б/У), правый в Минске (новый за адекватные деньги). Установил радары сам. С б/у официалы снимали защиту компонентов, проверяли развал, юстировали радары. По итогу весь ремонт встал около 800$ и две поездки Брест-Минск-Брест. Полгода — полет нормальный. Два раза за это время выскочила опять гирлянда ошибок, но пропадала быстро после заглушил/завел. Надеюсь, что это случайность!

Описание неисправности
Передний парковочный ассистент не работает.
Система информирования водителя показывает: «ACC и Audi braking guard недоступны.»
Различные события в адресном слове 10 Блок управления парковочного ассистента 2 в переднем бампере.
Вызывающее рекламацию событие возникает как временное или постоянное.
Решение в условиях сервиса
В случае рекламации проверить разъём на предмет следов воды.
На рисунке показаны следы воды в разъёме жгута проводов бампера:
На рисунке показаны следы воды в ответной части разъёма (на стороне автомобиля)
При попадании воды в жгут проводов бампера необходимо заменить целиком этот жгут проводов.
(Номер детали см. в ETKA)
Ответную часть разъёма и его контакты необходимо заменить.
Отрезать провода у ответной части разъёма настолько, чтобы не осталось почерневшей части медных жил.
Контакты отремонтировать с помощью VAS 1978 B (см. схему ремонта в приложениях)
Обязательно нужно заменить уплотнения отдельных жил заменённых контактов,
иначе вода снова может попасть в разъём.
Опасность повторного ремонта!
Одновременно в переднем бампере можно заменить переставшие работать датчики, по которым появилось соответствующее событие как следствие попадания воды.

ACC and Audi Braking Guard unavailable
Hey guys. I have a 2013 c7 a7 that is throwing the error «ACC and Audi Braking Guard unavailable» consistently and will not go away. I tried reading codes with a generic obd2 scan tool and I get error along the lines of image processing fail and no video signal from camera. What I did do before I noticed this was change the courtesy lighting on all four doors with aftermarket projection audi logos. I tugged the one on the front right door pretty hard to get slack in order to plug the new projector in. It did not illuminate like the others, I feel that i may have shorted that wiring harness. Do you think this is a plausible/likely cause of my error? I have ordered an obd eleven to get more in depth fault codes which will be arriving soon.

Had this same problem. It�s either your top camera, image processor or wire connecting the two. Mine turned out to be a bad top camera. Found a used one online for 60 bucks and had it calibrated at an auto glass place. The wire in your door is not connected but my camera died suddenly as well with no intermittent problems. The wire for the system runs from the top camera through the headliner and down the passenger side pillar to the image processor under the passenger seat. You can pay Audi to diagnose and fix but they will probably say to replace everything like they said for me. What I would do is acquire a new wire and pull the passenger seat and run the wire and see if that is your problem. If that doesn�t work it�s dealers choice what you want to do next but you can find used cameras and image processors on eBay. Either way you�ll need to code them and either take it to Audi or work with an auto glass place to calibrate your system.

Looks like you�re on the right track. The C110702 code is what mine was popping. After I diagnosed that the wire was not the problem I went after the top camera because honestly a used one was cheaper and it�s easier to replace. Luckily I didn�t have to replace the image processor. If you do need to replace the camera, alls I have to say is good luck. The plastic on the windshield is brittle as hell from the sun. Mine was like a potato chip. I was able to glue it all together but the only true fix would have been to get a new windshield.

I had the same problem. I replaced the image processor and camera module, but in the end it was the cable. I replaced the cable and everything started working again .

Having a similar issue. For the life of me I can not find the image processing module to even check that end of the cable. Tried searching all over and have not had any luck. Does anybody have more specifics on its location?

Under the passenger seat. You have to take it out to access it. The wire runs from there up the b pillar

Thanks! On my 2016 A6 it is actually in the passenger footwell and the wire runs up the A pillar. While the seat doesn’t HAVE to be removed, it certainly makes it easier. love this community.

I have a new cable and need to replace it this weekend, is there any instruction on this? I did not find it in the service manual and hoping the headliner doesn’t need to come out since I hear that is a ton of work.

mine had the same issue after a shop replaced my console, they ended up taking it to audi where they replaced the harness and had to reprogram the image processing module

I’m getting similar problems — I wanted to look at your photos linked from Dropbox but they’re unavailable so if you guys can give me a hand on how diagnose these couple errors that I’m sure are related to each other. Note that the ACC/Brake error came on while on hour 3 of my 5 hour drive back from vacation, then about an hour the code went away and I could use my cruise control again. Well now the code is back the next day and comes on only after putting the car in drive after fresh start on car (basically always comes back on):

ACC…yes….code is cascaded from the Image Processor C110702 code.
You have to fix that first.
G304 rear window breakage sensor
Sorry I don’t know where it is on the A7, but bet is, under the hatch trim.
The B127313 connection should be from the amp to the rear window glass.

Does your key fob work to unlock the doors? Mine did not when that connection was not connected…unless the key was about a foot from the rear glass.

-I know, just wondering where to start or if anyone has some insight further than what was on this thread. I’m going to take off the two plastic panels, put the car in drive so the error code activates, then I’m going to check the connections (coax and power) in hopes its a loose connection to somehow cement my idea of a bad connection because of it intermitting while driving (but always activates after starting car immediately after putting it in ‘drive gear’.

-Yes, my fob works normal, never questioned or had any hiccups, whether by remote or even by prox.

I had a fault for the image processing unit and was getting the same message you are in DIS. I replaced the camera that is located behind the rearview mirror with a used one and had it calibrated by Audi. Since the camera was used, total cost including calibration was about $700. Replacement camera had to be �coded in� to work with my car. The camera was very difficult to remove, I had Audi actually remove it and install it. All I did was hold the camera up while I plugged it in, coded it in, then verified the only thing left was calibration.

Can someone with a C7 S6/7 prestige post their coding for the camera module and image processor? I got an A7 camera and can now get everything to recognize everything as present and working for the most part, except when I turn the car off and back on the error message pops up on the dash again. I read that someone coded the camera because they had similar situation where the donor car features were different than theirs and once the coding was updated everything worked correctly again.

Could be. A variety of «false» codes may be generated as the voltage becomes less stable. Try a new battery, clear codes, and see if any come back, is the usual advice.

just to share my experience with this issue.
I started having this problem after I hardwired a power source for my uniden r7 radar detector. I used power from the rear view mirror power which is also connected to a camera. To my understanding the power draw caused the error but both my ACC and Brake guard still function fine. I just get the message. I still had the message after i removed the uniden r7 so i just kept the uniden r7 attached and ignored it.
Ive heard audi can clear it with a re calibration but im not sure if that’s true and calibrations can be very expensive

When you say �top camera� are you referring to the one near the rear view mirror?

Did you try clearing the codes for the acc module in VCDS?
If that doesnt work pull the fuse on the passenger side that is for the instrument cluster and wait 5-10 secs and plug it back in. that should clear the message if the issue is resolved
Also i would try to pull power from another source if possible.

Очень сильно смущает вторая и третья ошибки… Из-за них видимо не даёт делать адаптацию…
Подскажите как закодировать и запрограммировать после сборки ? 
На рисунке показаны следы воды в ответной части разъёма (на стороне автомобиля)
При попадании воды в жгут проводов бампера необходимо заменить целиком этот жгут проводов.
(Номер детали см. в ETKA)
Ответную часть разъёма и его контакты необходимо заменить.
Отрезать провода у ответной части разъёма настолько, чтобы не осталось почерневшей части медных жил.
Контакты отремонтировать с помощью VAS 1978 B (см. схему ремонта в приложениях)
Обязательно нужно заменить уплотнения отдельных жил заменённых контактов,
иначе вода снова может попасть в разъём.
Опасность повторного ремонта!
Одновременно в переднем бампере можно заменить переставшие работать датчики, по которым появилось соответствующее событие как следствие попадания воды.

ACC and Audi Braking Guard unavailable
Hey guys. I have a 2013 c7 a7 that is throwing the error «ACC and Audi Braking Guard unavailable» consistently and will not go away. I tried reading codes with a generic obd2 scan tool and I get error along the lines of image processing fail and no video signal from camera. What I did do before I noticed this was change the courtesy lighting on all four doors with aftermarket projection audi logos. I tugged the one on the front right door pretty hard to get slack in order to plug the new projector in. It did not illuminate like the others, I feel that i may have shorted that wiring harness. Do you think this is a plausible/likely cause of my error? I have ordered an obd eleven to get more in depth fault codes which will be arriving soon.

Had this same problem. It�s either your top camera, image processor or wire connecting the two. Mine turned out to be a bad top camera. Found a used one online for 60 bucks and had it calibrated at an auto glass place. The wire in your door is not connected but my camera died suddenly as well with no intermittent problems. The wire for the system runs from the top camera through the headliner and down the passenger side pillar to the image processor under the passenger seat. You can pay Audi to diagnose and fix but they will probably say to replace everything like they said for me. What I would do is acquire a new wire and pull the passenger seat and run the wire and see if that is your problem. If that doesn�t work it�s dealers choice what you want to do next but you can find used cameras and image processors on eBay. Either way you�ll need to code them and either take it to Audi or work with an auto glass place to calibrate your system.

Looks like you�re on the right track. The C110702 code is what mine was popping. After I diagnosed that the wire was not the problem I went after the top camera because honestly a used one was cheaper and it�s easier to replace. Luckily I didn�t have to replace the image processor. If you do need to replace the camera, alls I have to say is good luck. The plastic on the windshield is brittle as hell from the sun. Mine was like a potato chip. I was able to glue it all together but the only true fix would have been to get a new windshield.

I had the same problem. I replaced the image processor and camera module, but in the end it was the cable. I replaced the cable and everything started working again .

Having a similar issue. For the life of me I can not find the image processing module to even check that end of the cable. Tried searching all over and have not had any luck. Does anybody have more specifics on its location?

Under the passenger seat. You have to take it out to access it. The wire runs from there up the b pillar

Thanks! On my 2016 A6 it is actually in the passenger footwell and the wire runs up the A pillar. While the seat doesn’t HAVE to be removed, it certainly makes it easier. love this community.

I have a new cable and need to replace it this weekend, is there any instruction on this? I did not find it in the service manual and hoping the headliner doesn’t need to come out since I hear that is a ton of work.

mine had the same issue after a shop replaced my console, they ended up taking it to audi where they replaced the harness and had to reprogram the image processing module

I’m getting similar problems — I wanted to look at your photos linked from Dropbox but they’re unavailable so if you guys can give me a hand on how diagnose these couple errors that I’m sure are related to each other. Note that the ACC/Brake error came on while on hour 3 of my 5 hour drive back from vacation, then about an hour the code went away and I could use my cruise control again. Well now the code is back the next day and comes on only after putting the car in drive after fresh start on car (basically always comes back on):

ACC…yes….code is cascaded from the Image Processor C110702 code.
You have to fix that first.

Sorry I don’t know where it is on the A7, but bet is, under the hatch trim.
The B127313 connection should be from the amp to the rear window glass.

Does your key fob work to unlock the doors? Mine did not when that connection was not connected…unless the key was about a foot from the rear glass.

-I know, just wondering where to start or if anyone has some insight further than what was on this thread. I’m going to take off the two plastic panels, put the car in drive so the error code activates, then I’m going to check the connections (coax and power) in hopes its a loose connection to somehow cement my idea of a bad connection because of it intermitting while driving (but always activates after starting car immediately after putting it in ‘drive gear’.

-Yes, my fob works normal, never questioned or had any hiccups, whether by remote or even by prox.

I had a fault for the image processing unit and was getting the same message you are in DIS. I replaced the camera that is located behind the rearview mirror with a used one and had it calibrated by Audi. Since the camera was used, total cost including calibration was about $700. Replacement camera had to be �coded in� to work with my car. The camera was very difficult to remove, I had Audi actually remove it and install it. All I did was hold the camera up while I plugged it in, coded it in, then verified the only thing left was calibration.

Can someone with a C7 S6/7 prestige post their coding for the camera module and image processor? I got an A7 camera and can now get everything to recognize everything as present and working for the most part, except when I turn the car off and back on the error message pops up on the dash again. I read that someone coded the camera because they had similar situation where the donor car features were different than theirs and once the coding was updated everything worked correctly again.

Could be. A variety of «false» codes may be generated as the voltage becomes less stable. Try a new battery, clear codes, and see if any come back, is the usual advice.

just to share my experience with this issue.
I started having this problem after I hardwired a power source for my uniden r7 radar detector. I used power from the rear view mirror power which is also connected to a camera. To my understanding the power draw caused the error but both my ACC and Brake guard still function fine. I just get the message. I still had the message after i removed the uniden r7 so i just kept the uniden r7 attached and ignored it.
Ive heard audi can clear it with a re calibration but im not sure if that’s true and calibrations can be very expensive

When you say �top camera� are you referring to the one near the rear view mirror?

Did you try clearing the codes for the acc module in VCDS?
If that doesnt work pull the fuse on the passenger side that is for the instrument cluster and wait 5-10 secs and plug it back in. that should clear the message if the issue is resolved
Also i would try to pull power from another source if possible.

Привет. К сожалению достоверно установить невозможно.
Машина пришла не сильно битая в правый угол. Приехала сама, ОШИБКИ по пневме не было. Была на табло одна ошибка, которую не могу Васей увидеть, пишет что-то ACC и Brake Guard не работает, что-то бла-бла-бла. А… Эта ошибка видна в адаптивном круиз-контроле. Но на неё по фигу пока.
Дальше обычная схема — слесарка, жестянка, малярка, слесарка… Перед выдачей клиенту — сброс всех ошибок связанных с разбором машины и иногда включением машины в несобранном виде для перегона из бокса в бокс.
Все ошибки, типа парктроников передних, фары и прочего — скинулись нормально. А вот пневма нет.
Слесаря клянутся что подвеску не трогали при разборке и домкратили в режиме домкрата.
Собственно когда увидел ошибку что блок не закодирован — зашёл в него и увидел что кодировка по нулям. Благо логи были до разбора — в них увидел что какая кодировка должна быть.
Восстановил, схранил, машина приняла. Но всё равно даёт ошибку что блок не кодирован.
Подозреваю что ещё где-то надо машине сказать что есть всё же у неё пневма…

Если ввести логин 20103, потом в адаптации выбираем уровень переднего левого — то значение 0, измеряем — забиваем, сохраняем — болт… Ошибка. Последовательность ошибок. и всё…

Догадываюсь что гаданием занимаемся… но всё же…
Как ни страно — всё работает. Я могу принудительно накачать, спустить, хоть ось, хоть колёсо отдельно, так же ресивер… компрессор…
как накачал — так и стоит, не травит…
Вся беда кроется имхо в двух крайних ошибках… Как узнать где ещё прописывается пневма…

Вот бы почитать такой сайтик на английском… А то он-лайн переводчики переводят жутко коряво, их самих потом ещё надо переводить….

Вчерась по инструкции от kakawyn попробовал…
1. сделал полный скан ошибок и всё что мог стёр.
2. далее всё делал по инструкции.
3. наконец-то принялись значения, и в параметре высота корпуса вместо нулей появились реальные значения.
4. но после перезапуска — все ошибки по пневме возвращаются и машина не выводит подвеску из сервисного режима.
Где-то ещё надо что-то нажать/включить по всей видимости.

Человек говорит что лог был старый все из лока вытащил,криминального ничего нет в кодировке как бы.
Я лог просил весь,для того чтобы понять какой БЛОК еще ругается….!!!!!
асс скорее всего тоже на пневму ругается.

Да, асс ругается, но она приехала именно с той ошибкой которая и висит в нем.
Ещё ругается блок управления камерой и блок обработки изображения (как-то так) — но там одна и та же ошибка. Отличная от ошибок в пневме.
Если надо могу сделать полный скан и выложить сюда по факту что есть на текущий момент с машиной.
Может помочь ?

Была у нас машина после аварии, с вроде похожей проблемой.
Точно не скажу — ибо решилась быстро.
Но мне помнится, что я подключил Одис и ведомым поиском все само настроилось. Что именно делал — не скажу, так как это был первый опыт общения с ним и я особо не старался запомнить.
Так это я к чему — может, просто Одис подключить?

Не поверишь, обновил одис и головка потерялась… казус с этим чертовым PDU…
Не хотел пока переставлять винду…
Но видимо придётся…

Здравствуйте.
Подобный Диван(А8 2012) попал в ремонт, с теми же ошибками, по подвеске.
Одисом ведомыми функциями прошелся, закодировал — кодировку приняло 008007, ошибка осталась:
блок не закодирован
Не запрограммирован по окончанию сборки
По остальным блокам ошибки думаю зависят от подвески:
Блок адаптивного света — нет базового положения.
Видеокамера не адаптирована
Acc brake guard не работает
Как решили проблему?
